  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email with tracking details

 

2. Delivery Coverage
  • We currently deliver across India
  • Delivery availability depends on your pin code and courier serviceability

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, logistics delays, or high demand periods.

 

4. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment
  • Any free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly mentioned on the website

 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD is available for selected pin codes only
  • Additional COD charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout
  • Burnify reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations
 
6. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS and/or email
  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking link

 

7. Delays & Delivery Issues
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@burnify.in

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailability

    Additional re-shipping charges may apply

 

8. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is damaged, incomplete, or tampered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the package and product for verification

We will assist you with a resolution as per our return policy.

 

9. Address Modifications
  • Address changes can be requested only before the order is dispatched
  • Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address
