At Burnify, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever happens earlier.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your Order ID at: support@burnify.in

2. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

We offer returns or refunds only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received an incorrect product
  • Your order was lost during transit

To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • You must provide clear photos or videos as proof for verification
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Incorrect product selection or size chosen by the customer
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen variations
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
4. Replacement Policy
  • In eligible cases, we will prioritize a replacement of the product.
  • If the product is out of stock or unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Refund Process
  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI
  • Customers must provide valid bank account or UPI details for processing
