At Burnlab.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@burnlab.in with your order ID.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product was lost in transit

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared for verification

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

4. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible cases will be offered a replacement first, subject to product availability.

  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

  • Customer must share valid bank/UPI details for processing
