1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@burnlab.in with your order ID.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received a wrong product

The product was lost in transit
To be eligible for a refund:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared for verification
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear
4. Replacement Policy

Eligible cases will be offered a replacement first, subject to product availability.

If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
5. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
-
Customer must share valid bank/UPI details for processing
